Andy and the Lion

Our review
Andy loves lions and reads all about them. One day he meets a real lion with a thorn in its paw and pulls it out. Later the lion escapes at the circus, but it remembers Andy, and they become friends. It shows that kindness is remembered and gratitude is real. Kolbe Academy sells it for preschool. There is nothing to correct. One age: 6, set by Lumen's read-alone age; the publisher gives no age.
For parents
Age 6+, set by Lumen's read-alone age; the publisher gives no age. Read it aloud from 4. A lion jumps into a circus crowd, but it ends in a parade, not harm. Ask why the lion remembered Andy and talk about a time someone was kind to you.
