A light, silly TV movie about a superhero family that splits over Chloe's new powers and comes back together. The goods are family loyalty and brothers and sisters who fight and then make peace. One small reservation: the dads and boys are drawn as bumbling while the girls solve the problems. Little is known yet, so this verdict is provisional.
For parents
Fine for kids 8 and up who like the Nickelodeon show. Expect cartoon fistfights, a laser that hurts two characters, potty words like butthead, and mild jokes from a creepy talking bunny. Ask: half the family wanted Chloe to go to the school and half wanted her home. How should a family decide something that hard? How did the brothers and sisters make peace?
