The Snowy Day

Our review
Peter wakes up and sees snow everywhere. He goes outside and plays in it all day. It is a happy book about the fun of a snowy day. Nothing in it works against the faith, and nothing in it teaches the faith either. It is pure delight in a snowy morning, which a parent can turn into thanks to the God who made the snow.

Age 5+, set by Lumen's read-alone age; Common Sense Media says 2 and up. Read it aloud from 2. Ask what Peter loved most about the snow. Then ask who made the snow, and thank God for it together at bedtime.
