Our review
Kermit the Frog leaves his swamp to go to Hollywood. On the road he makes friends like Fozzie, Gonzo and Miss Piggy. A greedy man chases him, but Kermit keeps going after his dream. This is a sweet road movie about friendship and keeping faith with a dream. Kermit refuses a crooked deal and stays kind to everyone he meets. Nothing here needs correcting. The one age is 6, set by Common Sense Media's 6+; the USCCB rated it A-I and the MPAA gave it G. Expect slapstick, armed men chasing Kermit, and a threat to scramble his brain.

One age: 6, set by Common Sense Media's 6+ (USCCB A-I, MPAA G). Expect slapstick violence, armed henchmen, a mad scientist's brain-scrambling machine, a hired gunman, a bar scene, a cigar and fizzy wine through straws (Common Sense Media). Kermit and Piggy hug and kiss. Formation Reimagined notes some grown-up jokes that go over kids' heads. Talk about it: Why did Kermit say no to Doc Hopper's money? What made his friends stick with him? What is a dream worth keeping?
