An EWTN Studios travel series that takes families to the places where the Church first grew: Antioch, where believers were first called Christians, St. Nicholas's Myra, and Nicaea, where the Creed took shape. It promises saints, martyrs and Church history told on location. The one reservation is simple: no one has reviewed it yet, so this verdict is provisional.
For parents
A good pick to watch together as a family; stories of martyrs may need a parent beside younger children. Pray the Creed before the Nicaea episode and ask what each line means. Ask: why were believers first called Christians at Antioch (Acts 11:26)? What made St. Nicholas a saint?
