Our review

A woman risks her career to tell the truth about a company that knew it was hurting teenagers, and the film is on her side and on the side of the kids. That is real good. The cost is the language: around thirty f-words, and God's name and Jesus' name used as curses again and again. Good news for adults, delivered in a mouth that needs washing.

For parents

For adults. Teens most need its message, but the profanity is constant, so tell them the story instead or show them the real hearings. Ask: when may you break a promise of secrecy to protect others (CCC 2491)? What do your apps want from you? How is your scrolling shaping you?
